Hello friends ☺️ This is going to be a short and sweet post for you today. I have made a super easy clean and simple (CAS) card for you today and I have focused mainly on the colouring of the image. It’s an absolutely adorable stamp set from Stamping Bella and I wanted to make it all about this today. I’ve stamped her on to some Strathmore Bristol Smooth vellum surface card stock with some Inkon3 no-line ink and coloured it with my Prismacolour pencils. I decided to make her in to a large round rocker card for a nice change. This is going to be for my mum for Mother’s Day. I hope she likes it. 💕

Hello friends ☺️ I’m back today with a new card. This was a labour of love, it took a few days to make and it’s not normally something I would do but it’s a special Mother’s Day card so it was definitely worth the time to create. I’m going to be entering it into challenge 49 – Case Yourself – over on the Lawn Fawnatics blog and also the Wednesday challenge – Cute – over at Simon Says Stamp.

For those that don’t know what CASE means, it stands for “copy and selectively edit”.  I don’t know that either haha! To case yourself, choose one of your favourite projects and remake it in a fun new way. More information here:

I made a pop up box card a month or so ago for the lovely Kelly Marie Alvarez (Owner of Lawn Fawn) using the sets ‘Hay There’ and ‘Plane & Simple. For the challenge I’m still featuring these sets but I’ve created a completely different layout.

I loved how this card came out, sooo super cute and I just LOVE these sets. As I’m still building up my Lawn Fawn collection I don’t really have much to use for the challenges but I still had a go. Hello everyone 🙂 My card for today is a little different. I came across this super lush stamp set from docrafts called ‘Build A Tree’ and I just had to have a play with it. I wanted to do some watercolour flowers for my Mother’s Day cards this year but I didn’t have any stamp sets so my wonderful husband took me shopping and I found this. As you know my style of card usually contains an image of a person or critter so this was a little outside my comfort zone, but never the less it was great fun to experiment and hopefully I can have another try when I have some more stamp sets to play with.
