Flowers 4u!

Hello everyone 🙂 Happy Tuesday! Wow it’s great to be back after 3 months, I’m sorry I’ve not been around but I promise I have a very good reason hehe. My card for today is a CAS card and I’ve made it especially for Julia Altermann from just-one-more-card.com as a big thank you. She has sent me a beautiful card which you can find on her blog and it’s the ‘Fall colouring on Kraft’ post and it uses a Sugar Pea Designs stamp set entitled ‘Fall Foxes’, soooo super cute, so please check it out using the link below.

I’ve kept this card super simple today as I didn’t want to take anything away from the beautiful image which I purchased from Mo’s Digital Pencil and she’s called Flowers 4u. Isn’t she just stunning! I have used my coloured pencils on kraft card for this, I know surprise surprise hehe but why spoil a good thing right . Useless Trinkets

Hello everyone 🙂 My new card today features this super cute image from uselesstrinkets.wordpress.com called Gustav 🙂 he is just the cutest and if you take a look at the blog you’ll discover that there is tons of free digital stamps just like it. My inspiration came from Julia Altermann at just-one-more-card.com and all her YouTube videos are amazing so please check her out. I have coloured him up with my Prismacolor pencils on kraft and I’ve gone super colourful this time, or you could say a little bit crazy. I cut him out with my Crea-Nest XXL square dies, and the size of this particular one i’ve used it 4.5″. The sentiment is also from useless trinkets 🙂 and I’ve cut that out with the stitched label dies from Lawn Fawn and popped it up on some mini foam pads. My paper choice for today is taken it from the Birthday Bisque 6×6 paper pad by jillibean soup, all fun and colourful papers in this pad, great for this image. I have matted this with some plain blue card from my stash. I have also popped the image up on some mini foam pads and i’ve added some small googley eyes for a little bit of embellishment. As always i’ve used a 6×6 pre-scored card for my base. I hope you like it xx
