🐑 Cute Sheep 🐑

Hello lovlies! I’m back today to share another card using the adorable Sheeps Stamp set from the NEW March release!

https://ccdesignsrs.com?aff=4

I just adore this set. It’s sooooo cute and so versatile. I love cross stitch, it’s one of my many hobbies and I love that I can incorporate it on to my cards too. This is what I’ve done today. I have created a small meadow scene suitable for my little sheep.

Thank you for joining me today. I will be back soon to share more. Happy crafting! Hugs, Emma xxx

☃️ Merry Christmas ☃️

Hello dear friends! Welcome back to my blog. As you may know there is no December release for C.C.Designs so for this month I am looking through my stash and revisiting other sets.

Another hobby of mine is cross stitch and I love to use this on my cards for a small element and a little bit of texture. Today I have used a pattern from Durene’s cross stitch and this is a free pattern that you can find on her Facebook page. I altered it a little to fit my card.

I have used the Snowman Inchies from the November release and the little stocking is from the Elf Inchies set.

I stamped my images with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink and coloured them with my Arteza Everblend markers.

I hope you like today’s card and please don’t forget to check out the store and the new challenge Anything goes.

Hugs, Emma xoxo

💗 C.C. Designs June 2020 Release – Sneaky Peak Preview Day 💗

Are you ready for another gorgeous release! The NEW June 2020 release is super fun and it’ll be available for you to see and buy tomorrow. Don’t miss out on this!

https://ccdesignsrs.com

Today I’m going to be sharing a sneak peaks of tomorrows NEW release and I’m starting it off with a card I have made from the NEW Snow Swissie clear stamp set. This is sooooo darn cute!

I love to cross stitch and I use it in my cards whenever I can. I found a simple apple pattern by designer Maria Diaz and I have stitched it up to represent the apple bitten by Snow White in the movie. I have coloured my image today with my Luminance pencils on Strathmore Bristol Vellum using the no line technique.

Don’t forget to join in with this months challenge – All About Boys – which starts on the 1st and ends on the 28th May. There is a new challenge every month. More information on the blog.

I hope you like today’s card. I’m looking forward to sharing the new release with you tomorrow but untol then, happy crafting. x

Lawn Fawnatics – Challenge 49 – Case Yourself!

Hello friends ☺️ I’m back today with a new card. This was a labour of love, it took a few days to make and it’s not normally something I would do but it’s a special Mother’s Day card so it was definitely worth the time to create. I’m going to be entering it into challenge 49 – Case Yourself – over on the Lawn Fawnatics blog and also the Wednesday challenge – Cute – over at Simon Says Stamp.

For those that don’t know what CASE means, it stands for “copy and selectively edit”.  I don’t know that either haha! To case yourself, choose one of your favourite projects and remake it in a fun new way. More information here:

I made a pop up box card a month or so ago for the lovely Kelly Marie Alvarez (Owner of Lawn Fawn) using the sets ‘Hay There’ and ‘Plane & Simple. For the challenge I’m still featuring these sets but I’ve created a completely different layout.

Here is the ‘BEFORE – CASED’ card:

And here is my ‘AFTER – CASED’ card:

I loved how this card came out, sooo super cute and I just LOVE these sets. As I’m still building up my Lawn Fawn collection I don’t really have much to use for the challenges but I still had a go. Same for you, if you don’t have many supplies you can still have a go! It’s fun! Links and supplies can be found below. Happy crafting! 🎨 x

Cross Stitch Die

Hello everyone ☺️ Happy Monday. I hope you all had a great weekend. My card for today was a labour of love for my mums birthday yesterday (13th May) and I wanted to share it with you. The cross stitch image is by Lesley Teare and you can find it in the link at the bottom of the page. This will also be added to the Wednesday sketch challenge – 384 – over on the MFT blog. I’ve been seeing a lot of inspiration with cross stitch being used in cards so I decided to use my cross stitch tag die element (MFT) and create a bigger working area. Very versatile and that, amongst many other reasons is why I love MFT so much. I hope you like today’s card. Happy crafting! X
